Parents visit the school and receive registration packet.

• 1. Parents and student read student handbook thoroughly.

• 2. Parents request that student's pastor send letter of recommendation.

• 3. Application is submitted accompanied by previous report card or withdrawal slip & registration fee.

• 4. An appointment is made for an interview with admissions secretary.

• 5. Medical history is submitted.

• 6. A medical report must be filled out and submitted to the school office. All students must have the following immunizations: diphtheria, polio, measles, rubella( and any others that the Health Dept. requires). In instances where a student needs medical attention, the principal will call the parent or family doctor (in that order).

• 7. Parent Orientation is attended by both parents.
